Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food for pets or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
To start a return, please contact us at service@farmandpetmart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@farmandpetmart.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@farmandpetmart.com and we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
